At one of the oldest plantation on Grenada, a local spice lady explains about the herbs and spices that are grown at the plantation.
In her hand is a dried calabash (a vegetable grown on a vine) which once dried out is used has a bowl. On the table are bay, orange and cinnamon branches, coca pods just to name a few.
