We stayed in the marina at Port Zante, which is just steps to the downtown of Basseterre. This picture is of the Circus which is in the centre of the city and modeled after Piccadilly in London. Basseterre is the capital of St. Kitts and is the site of the original French settlement. Which dates back to the 1623. The architecture varies from British to a "fancy" French style.
